Procedure for registration of "Trust Deed" as per Bombay Public Trust Act,1950 is very simple and maximum it takes 3 to 4 months, if all the documents and draft are proper.

- Application for registration under Schedule II (Vide Rule 6) of Bombay Trust Act,1950.
- Trust Deed of the Trust.
- Certified copy of Resolution passed for formation of Trust.
- No Objection letter for using place as registered office of the Trust.
- Consent Letter of the Trustees.
- Affidavit from Authorised Signatory.
- Vakalatnama.
- Self Attested copy of Residence proof and ID proof.
