Procedure for registration of "Trust Deed" as per Bombay Public Trust Act,1950 is very simple and maximum it takes 3 to 4 months, if all the documents and draft are proper.

Below are the documents which is required to be submit before Charity Commissioner.



  1. Application for registration under Schedule II (Vide Rule 6) of Bombay Trust Act,1950.
  2. Trust Deed of the Trust.
  3. Certified copy of Resolution passed for formation of Trust.
  4. No Objection letter for using place as registered office of the Trust.
  5. Consent Letter of the Trustees.
  6. Affidavit from Authorised Signatory.
  7. Vakalatnama.
  8. Self Attested copy of Residence proof and ID proof.
